• The trainee may cancel the reservation up to 10 days before the start of the training course through the official email swisscompany2@gmail.com or contact numbers.

• The trainee is not eligible for a refund of the reservation fee if the course is not completed for personal reasons.

• Changing the training course date or refunding the fee on the same day the course starts or after the start date is not allowed.

• The trainee may refund the reservation fee if the course start date is changed by the company's management, with a 10% administrative deduction.

• Refunding the reservation fee is not allowed in case of changing the course start date due to force majeure reasons beyond the company's control, such as complete internet outage, pandemics, revolutions, and others.

• An examination is conducted after each course, and the assessment is included in the overall evaluation for certification.

• The trainee is awarded a certificate after attending at least 75% of the course content.

• In case of absence, the trainee can request compensation for the missed lecture, subject to the company's available resources.

• Course fees are to be paid through the company's official website.

• Regular surveys are conducted to ensure the highest quality of training. If more than 70% of students agree that the lecturer is unable to convey the information effectively, the matter is escalated to the management.
