If the content you have purchased is not what you expected, you can request, within 10 days of purchasing the content, that SWISS issue a refund to your account, Considering that 10% of the fees will be deducted. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you have consumed a significant portion of the content you want to refund or if you have previously redeemed content, we reserve the right to refuse your refund and restrict you from further refunds in the future and/or Or block your account and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to content due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust and Safety Guidelines, you will not be eligible for a refund.
