Level 1 in an English course is typically the beginner level.
At this stage, learners start to build on the basics introduced in Level 0. They expand their vocabulary with more words and phrases related to everyday situations and topics. In Level 1, there is also a focus on basic grammar structures and sentence patterns. Learners begin to form simple sentences and engage in basic conversations. Listening and speaking skills are emphasized, along with reading short texts and writing simple sentences. The goal of Level 1 is to continue developing fundamental language skills and to enable learners to communicate in basic English in a variety of everyday contexts.
Aiming to make the language an enjoyable content
by using active and effective methods, teaching English in all possible
ways, and reaching the student’s needs, not only explaining a specific
curriculum, but also engaging students in the lecture and encouraging them to practice the language in their daily lives.
